Mine has Been Gone for Years (And I Miss it)
A few of us were talking to the boss's son today. He's 20ish and a bit of a "free spirit." One of the girls commented that he wouldn't fit well in an "office job," it just wasn't him. He said, "No, you lose your soul."
He is so not wrong.

I call bullshit!
I'm so very sick of hearing people say that office jobs rob them of their humanity or soul or whatever. STFU!
Any honest work is honorable work. There is no greater calling for a man than to work to support his family.
It's these same "oh I can't work in a office it will sap my soul" dumbasses who can't hold down a job or can't support their families. I speak from experience, my sister is married to such as dumbass.
So thus I call bullshit! Be proud of what you do. Be proud to support your family.

I totally agree with Shane. You know you are a grown-up when you finally realize that work isn't fun, but it's what you gotta do. And you do it, because you put your family first. So, be proud that you work in an office.
